INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

This is additional information regarding the processing carried out following the completion of the information request form.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE SPECIFIC PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the lawfulness conditions pursuant to Art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:

  1. Provide responses to the requests you have made by filling out the information request form: legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f)) as the legal basis for processing. This activity may be conducted via email or other means based on the data you provide and may not be completed with a single contact.
  2. subject to consent and until revoked: for the Data Controller’s direct marketing activities, newsletters, market research or other sample research, and direct sales to receive informational materials via automated means, for customer satisfaction surveys, promotional, commercial, and advertising materials, or materials relating to events and initiatives, by the Data Controller: explicit consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a)) as the legal basis for processing.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD.
The processing will be carried out both automatically and manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be retained in a form that permits identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
For processing based on explicit consent, processing will continue for 2 years unless consent is withdrawn.
